PennyHub ("the App") is developed and operated by an independent developer based in Calgary, Canada. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.

Information we collect

To provide family budgeting features, PennyHub stores the data you enter directly: transactions, categories, goals, wallet balances, and family member profiles you create. We do not sell this information to third parties.

Encryption & security

All financial data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Family sharing uses secure, invite-only links — only members you approve can view or add to your household's budget.

Data retention & deletion

You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Third-party services

PennyHub uses standard, privacy-conscious infrastructure providers for hosting and crash reporting. These providers do not have access to your financial data in readable form.
